dr. E. Snelders
Op 13 april 2012 promoveerde mw. dr. E. Snelders aan de Radboud Universiteit te Nijmegen op het proefschrift getiteld, ‘Azole resistance in Aspergillus fumigatus; collateral damage of fungicide use’. Het onderzoek is verricht op de afdeling Medische Microbiologie van het UMC St. Radboud te Nijmegen, onder begeleiding van de promotor prof. dr. P.E. Verweij en co-promoter dr. W.J.G. Melchers (beide werkzaam in het UMC St. Radboud Nijmegen). Hieronder zijn de belangrijkste bevindingen beschreven.
