dr. J.A.G. Cox
Op 14 november 2014 promoveerde mw. dr. J.A.G. Cox aan de Universiteit van Antwerpen op het proefschrift getiteld ‘HIV and Mortality, Autopsy Studies from Uganda’. Het onderzoek werd verricht in het Instituut voor Tropische Geneeskunde in Antwerpen en het Infectious Diseases Institute, Makerere University in Kampala (Oeganda) onder begeleiding van promotor prof. dr. R. Colebunders. Hieronder worden de belangrijkste bevindingen van het proefschrift beschreven.
